Once we have identified the product you need and received your deposit, we will arrange production.
eive your deposit. A:For plastic products, we will send the goods to you within 30-35 working days after we receive your deposit.
B:For aluminum products, the delivery time is 40-50 working days after we receive your deposit.
C:For OEM products, the delivery time is 40-45 working days after we receive your deposit.

We will make samples before mass production, and after the samples are approved, we will start mass production. We will do 100% inspection during the production process, and then do random inspection before packing, and then take photos to you for product quality determination before shipping. You are also very welcome to visit our factory.

After we finish the production, we will help you choose the best way of transportation, such as sea, air or express, according to your detailed requirements.

If any broken or defective products are found, you must take pictures from the original carton. All claims must be made within 7 working days after unloading. This date is based on the arrival time of the container. We will suggest you to prove the claim through a third party, or we can accept your claim with samples or pictures provided by you, and finally we will compensate you for the corresponding loss according to the actual situation.

Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Guangdong Province, China. We warmly welcome all customers, domestic or foreign, to visit our factory!

Q: What are the materials of your products?
A: Our material is made of PET or PP, and we use the most suitable raw material for producing pump heads and bottles for production.

Q: How can I get some samples?
A: Please contact email sales@b-tech.cn and specify the samples you need.

Q: How does your factory do quality control?
A: "Quality first". We have strict control in every production process, we arrange manual inspection, and when the final product is finished, we will make sure to finish the inspection before shipping.

Q: Can you make a logo for our company or use our design to produce products?
A: Of course you can, you can provide us with your design directly for production, and we will discuss with our R&D department to determine the product before production. If you do not have a design, you can tell us your needs first, and we will arrange our design department to design for you one-on-one.

Q: What is your order quantity?
A: If we have the product in stock, it will be no MOQ. or we can achieve a minimum MOQ of 1000pcs if we produce according to the regular product, if you have custom requirements, then we will follow up with your design to determine the minimum MOQ.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally, we pay 30% down payment before production and 70% balance before shipment.
